FREE CONSULTATION

Immigration Lawyers offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your legal query and explore the available options to instruct Expert Law.

PAID CONSULTATION

For detailed advice, we offer a 30-minute consultation from £120 (depending on the complexity of your enquiry and the time required to deal with the matter).


This will include:

  • Advice on the relevant visa application for you
  • Information on what documents you need for your application
  • Information on the criteria for your application
  • Estimate processing/time frames
  • A follow up 'proposal' e-mailed to you after the consultation

APPLICATION CHECKING SERVICE

Immigration Lawyers offers a tailored service for those who have completed their own visa application but would like the reassurance that it has been completed correctly.

The fee for this service will range between £500 to £600.

Simply upload your documents, and our skilled immigration team will check your application, the supporting documents and advise on what is needed to strengthen your application to ensure the best chance of success.

With our Application Checking Service, we will:

  • Check and review your application form
  • Confirm that your evidence is adequate to support your application
  • Check that you have paid the correct application fee
  • Provide you with our professional advice and recommendation

Fixed Fees

We offer a 'fixed fee' service for our immigration services. See below for the fee range. Please note that the fees quoted exclude VAT. They also exclude “disbursements”, which are fees that are payable to a third party (such as Home Office fees, court fees, interpreter fees etc).
